• Session and refresh tokens that keep you authenticated (kept until you sign out or the session expires).
• Security cookies that protect forms against cross-site request forgery.
• Load balancing and attack protection cookies set by our hosting and CDN providers.

2. Preferences

Small values stored in your browser so the interface behaves the way you left it: chosen language (Portuguese, English, French or Spanish), light or dark theme, selected location and recent workspace filters. They typically last up to 12 months and contain no personal identifiers.

3. Analytics

Aggregated measurement of page views, device type and feature usage that tells us which parts of the product need work. Data is aggregated and never used to profile your clients or to build advertising audiences. Where consent is required by law, analytics load only after you accept.

4. No advertising cookies

SoftBela does not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and does not share browsing data with ad networks or data brokers.

5. Managing your choices
