Acceptable Use Policy

1. Respect other organisations

Do not attempt to reach data that does not belong to your organisation.

• No probing, scanning or attempting to bypass authentication, permissions or row-level security.
• No automated scraping of the marketplace, booking pages or the API beyond reasonable use.
• Report any vulnerability you discover to security@softbela.com instead of exploiting it; we do not pursue good-faith researchers who do so.

2. Lawful use

Do not use SoftBela for illegal activity, including fraudulent invoicing, tax evasion, money laundering or the sale of goods or services prohibited where you operate. Health-related notes about clients must be limited to what your service genuinely requires.

3. Messaging and marketing

Only contact clients who gave you their details for that purpose, always identify your business, and honour opt-outs immediately. Buying or importing purchased contact lists, sending bulk unsolicited messages and disguising the sender are prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension of messaging.

4. Content and uploads

Logos, photos and files you upload must be yours to use and must not contain malware, offensive or illegal material. Do not store full card numbers, passwords or unrelated personal documents in free-text fields.

5. Platform integrity

Do not resell, sublicense or white-label the Service without a written agreement, do not attempt to copy the software or its database structure, and do not run load tests or artificial traffic against the platform without our written consent.

6. Enforcement

Where we can, we warn first and give you time to fix the issue. Serious or repeated breaches, or anything that threatens other businesses' data, can lead to immediate suspension and, where the law requires it, a report to the competent authority. Decisions can be appealed by writing to legal@softbela.com.
